Sick Leave
SaskTel provides casual sick leave benefits for absences of up to four days to employees who have completed minimum service requirements. For in-scope employees who have completed three consecutive months of service:
100% of wages paid (prorated for non-full-time employees)
Maximum of 12 CSL days available in a calendar year (prorated for non-full-time employees)
Includes pressing Emergency and Bereavement Leave

Centennial RRSP
The Centennial Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) is available for eligible employees, in partnership with Manulife Financial. With this plan, all employees (with the exception of Summer Students) receive an amount of money equal to 6 days’ pay (based on the employee's regular rate of pay) each year.
New Permanent Full Time Employees, Part Time Employees (Casual and Permanent), Job Share Employees and Office Cleaners set-up an account with Manulife Financial.
Funds will be directed to your Centennial RRSP account the first pay period in January each year.

HOOP (Helping Our Own People)
SaskTel's HOOP Program is a charitable organization designed to help SaskTel employees, retirees and their families in times of need. HOOP helps to offset the financial burden of extended health care and illness, which are not always adequately addressed by existing social programs.

STEPPP (SaskTel Employees' Personal Problem Program)
STEPPP is a referral service that provides access to free, voluntary, and confidential counselling services for SaskTel employees and their families, as well as retirees and their spouses. STEPPP has been a joint program of SaskTel and CEP since the program started in 1983.
Through STEPPP, highly qualified and experienced counsellors and other experts are available to help you and your family deal with many of life's difficulties, including marital problems, parenting challenges, depression, grief, addiction, financial troubles, legal issues and problems experienced by children and teens.
