  3. Negotiate pay rate for performing duties of a higher classification effective immediately.
     
ARTICLE 13.4(iv) - TRANSFERS
  4. Notice to the union shall contain the classification that the employee is being transferred or reclassified into, job description, hours of work, rate of pay, and location.
     
ARTICLE 14 - TRAVEL & LODGING
  5. Delete excluding quarterly staff meetings in 1 (iii).
  6. Negotiate an increase to per diems.
     
ARTICLE 15.1 (vii) - JOB SECURITY AND LAY-OFF
  7. Negotiate layoff allowance pursuant to article 16.14 (iii).

  12. Employees subject to a quarantine order will not suffer loss of pay or benefits for the duration of the order.

  14. Full coverage of eye examinations.

SECTION 2 - ARTICLE 1.1 (vi) - HOURS OF WORK
  17. Negotiate basic hours of work for the marketing department of 35 hours per week (with no loss of pay) consisting of five consecutive seven hour forty-seven minute days. Employees shall be entitled to one additional scheduled day off in each two week block of time.
     
SECTION 2 - ARTICLE 3 - WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS
  18. Eliminate group 1 and group 2 and reclassify them as group 3.
  19. Create an additional step in group 4.
     
SECTION 3 - ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL
  20. Increase vehicle allowance.
  21. Changes to flex time language.
  22. Negotiate a vehicle allowance for IBS sales reps.
  23. Negotiate earned days off for Inside Sales.

  24. Negotiate pay out of previous sales year commission on retirement, resignation or death.

  25. Negotiate the number of contracts per portfolio.

  1. The Company wishes to discuss ways of improving the grievance process.

  2. The Company wishes to discuss the number of employees on Leave at any one time.

  3. The Company wishes to discuss the process for filling temporary sales vacancies.
     
SECTION 1, ARTICLE 18, CLAUSE 1 - HOLIDAYS
  4. The Company wishes to discuss the one additional day that is inconjunction with Canada Day.
     
SECTION 1, ARTICLE 24 - VIDEO DISPLAY
  5. The Company wishes to discuss the removal of language pertaining to Video Display Terminals.
     
SECTION 1, ARTICLE 35 - TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES
  6. The Company wishes to discuss the temporary employees' provision.
     
SECTION 3, ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL, ARTICLE 2 - ADVERTISING CONSULTANT AND ADVERTISING CONSULTANT MAJOR ACCOUNTS, ARTICLE 3 - ADVERTISING CONSULTANT - SMALL BUSINESS ACCOUNTS AND ARTICLE 4 - BUSINESS CONSULTANT - INTERNET BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
  7. The Company wishes to review the classifications in the sales organization, funtionalities associated to each classification, compensation structure and the overall sales language in Article 1.
     
SECTION 4, APPENDIX A - VACATION
  8. The Company wishes to discuss limiting the length of first choice vacation throughout the summer months to allow more employees' the opportunity to take vacation throughout this time.
     
WAGE PROGRESSION
  9. The Company wishes to discuss restriction of wage progression in cases of poor performance.
     
HOUSE KEEPING LANGUAGE THAT HAS TRANSPIRED DURING THE TERM OF THE CURRENT COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT.
